What it does

Email break-ins

Checks every company mailbox every 5 minutes. Undoes hidden filters and outside forwarding, signs the thief out on every device, and texts the owner. Catches outsiders faking your email address. After a break-in, it shows which loads the thief could have reached and what to redo.

Brokers

Checks an MC, email or phone against 8 facts from FMCSA records before you book. Flags look-alike email domains, and checks anyone who asks to change a delivery. Alerts you if a broker's authority changes during a load.

Loads and trucks

Compares the BOL photo with the rate con before it goes to the broker. Shares a live truck location link that stops working when the load is delivered. Warns dispatch when a driver's hours won't cover the next delivery.

Dispatch

Broker check, pick the driver, reply in Gmail and text the driver, in one flow. The driver gets a load page with no app to install. Drivers rate the stops; once 3 carriers have rated a place, every carrier sees the ratings, never who gave them.

Detention New

Times every pickup and delivery from your ELD's positions. When free time runs out, dispatch gets an app notification. The broker gets the times and a proof link, never an amount.

Your company name

A public check page where brokers confirm a booking is really yours. Warns you about look-alike web addresses and any change to your FMCSA record.

Detention you can prove

Your ELD already knows when the truck arrived and when it left. LoadSentry turns that into a record the broker can check, counted the careful way: the latest the truck could have arrived and the earliest it could have left.

  • AppointmentThe clock starts at the appointment time. Late? It starts at arrival, and the record says how late.
  • First come, first servedThe clock starts at arrival, or when the window opens if the truck got there early.
  • Free time2 hours, then detention. Change it per stop when the rate con says otherwise.
